- assisting users during setup and usage of the provided tools,
- offering technical support and operational assistance.

Javlot does not:
- make investment decisions,
- determine investment amounts,
- manage trading accounts on a discretionary basis,
- manually execute trades,
- hold, control, or access user funds.

All trading operations are executed automatically on the user’s personal trading account, directly with their broker, without Javlot having access to the funds.
The user retains full control at all times over:
- their capital,
- their trading account,
- deposits, withdrawals, and account closure.
Javlot does not provide investment advice, personalized recommendations, or any guarantee of financial performance.

To the extent permitted by law, Javlot’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the user for the service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

- business interruption,
- or indirect damages.
